SSA LEVEL TELEPHONE ADALAT On 24th FEBRUARY 2006 Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, A.P. Telecom Circle, will be conducting TELEPHONE ADALAT at all Telecom District Headquarters (SSAs) on 24th FEBRUARY 2006 under the Chairmanship of concerned Principal General Manager/General Manager. Telecom Service complaints already registered with BSNL before 31.01.2006 will be considered in this Telephone Adalat. Customers can submit their petitions to the Telephone Adalat enclosing copies of correspondences between him/her and BSNL on the subject. Petitioners are requested to give their contact telephone number and e-mail address. The petitions should be addressed to the respective Principal General Manager/General Manager, Telecom District in a cover with caption ''Telephone Adalat – February 2006'' so as to reach on or before 14-02-2006. The petitioners will be individually intimated the venue for personal hearing of all unresolved cases. Customers may please note that: Specific Complaints which are not of routine nature or are not routed through Council/Association /Group or from STD PT/Local PT Attendants will only be entertained.
